Old School House is Victorian Listed Grade II. We are fortunate to be in the Conservation heart of one of the most popular Heritage Coast villages. A large green with traditional duck pond; two delightful pubs with delicious fare and a very comprehensive village stores / post office complete our friendly community.

Westleton Pond

Fixtures and fittings to guest accommodation are of the highest standard. We have two Queen size bedrooms, with large power shower ensuites. Each room has central heating, 'freesat' television, hairdryer and facilities for making tea and coffee.

Leiston Abbey

A full cooked-to-order menu is offered for breakfast, together with juice, cereals, fruit salad, toast and local preserves as well as endless fressh coffee and tea!

If you are a serious Minsmere addict breakfast can be provided at a very early hour to sally-forth well fortified for a long visit to the Reserve. I can also fill flasks if you wish.

We have plenty of room to store bicycles and dry wet walking togs and boot overnight.

Room and breakfast rate from 1st January 2012 is £40 pppn.

I am registered with the Local Authority and hold a Food Hygeine Certificate.

Visitors have exclusive use of the South facing visitor lounge, with Sky TV, and our pretty gardens in which to relax. Do bring your own wine which I will gladly chill for you.
Although I am not able to provide evening meals there is a splendid choice in the village and locally. Please enquire for contact numbers and advice on pre booking.

Westleton is ideally positioned on this stunning Heritage Coast for Dunwich, and RSPB Minsmere - both less than 10 minutes away. Wonderful walking, cycling and painting country. Glorious Southwold and Walberswick are just up the road with Woodbridge, Constable Country, Ipswich and Norwich within an hour travelling.
